Making slides takes a lot of time, from thinking up content to laying out pages. AI can save you hours and help your slides tell a better story.
Ask the AI: "Outline a 10-slide presentation on Q3 results for executives, focusing on key figures, problems, and next quarter's plan." You'll get a clear storyline.
The key rule is one slide, one point, with no more than 3–5 lines of text. Ask the AI to condense the text into concise bullet points.
Have the AI write a script for each slide to help you present smoothly and stay on time.
Have the AI play the audience and ask likely questions, for example: "If you were an executive, what would you ask about this slide?"
If you already have a report, have the AI summarize it first and then turn it into slides. See Summarize Long Documents with AI.
Ask the AI which data should be shown as a bar chart, line chart, or pie chart to help the audience understand faster.
Roughly one slide for every one to two minutes of presentation time.
Yes, but use a style consistent with your organization's brand.
